Killing Models Release

KILLING MODELS will be available on Nook and Amazon in 12 hours (so, by 8am EST June 10, 2013). It will also be available through Smashwords, but right now the site isn't working quite right. You can find and buy the book if you look up my Smashwords profile (click the second one in the list, the first has a few formatting errors), but I recommend waiting a day or so until the site is working properly.

Happy reading!

    1. Oh paperback... what a beast to tackle!! I'm going to be even more anal-retentive about it. It has to be PERFECT before paperback. *sigh*

      Happy reading!

    1. Thanks, Jill!! There's technically one more book with these characters, so you don't have to be sad yet! Take care :)

  4. Hey, so I know you were thinking about doing nanowrimo next year, so I thought I'd give you a heads up that camp nano was starting in July. It's basically a less strict/structured version of nanowrimo. You pick the word count and they have it set up with a camp theme, here's the website link to it:

    1. Hey! I'm actually thinking about nanowrimo for this year. I feel like by November I should be at a good stopping place (regarding KM series) and I need something to kick start a new writing project. Otherwise, I might find myself editing, editing, editing and not creating anything new.

Are you going to do the nanocamp? I like the idea, but I don't know if I can dedicate the time as soon as July.

    2. I think I might try it, I'll probably just aim to write 10k/15K in July because I've been stalled for months now.

I bought a laptop so I can't continue to use the transit excuse but I'm still just writing down and playing around with new ideas then sitting down and writing a full novel or short.

And that makes sense, especially since you do have other projects in the works right now.

    3. I've been doing a lot of planning out and thinking on a new novel idea that I have. I really do want to write it, but I feel like I'm scatter brained and focused only on editing. I need to figure out how to do both. I feel like I'm going to need something to do when I don't have anything left to edit. So, I think I'm going to take a break after Hostile Kisses and write a first draft of something. So, nanowrimo will be perfect timing. I hope.

  5. Tatianna,
I have finished the latest killing Models. First you are brillant and secondly I am so sad to have read no more of my favorite sisters.. I will miss them so badly. I love Adam and Daisy and I am so excited to know more about them. But we are going to miss the many blunders of parenthood of JJ and E.
I want to know the trouble with hoods on honeymoon and first year of marriage....
Their parenthood, I feel like I am going to be in withdrawal. I really loved all of these books and I am listing link to your blog on my blog on Monday morning in a post. Thanks for a wonderful Read.
    You are just amazing ....

    1. Hi Tammy! Thank you so much for your message :) I'm not saying that there will never been another Moo and Es book. I think there could be one more in me, but it hasn't come forward yet and I can't force it (or else it might be horrible!). You'll see a little of Es and Moo and Caleb in Adam and Daisy's story. Thank you so much for spreading the word about my books! :) Could you send me your blog address again? This one didn't work for me. Cheers!

  7. Hi,
I'm a big fan of the Killing series, i'm reading Killing Models right now (i've read the other books in less than a week).
There is just something that i don't understand, in Killing Models, Jake (Caleb's brother) says to Estela “But, that’s one thing that we Black men like about our women."
Is Caleb black? Maybe my english is not so good, but from what i've understand from the three first books Caleb is a gringo.
It's just a detail, but i want to understand.

    Thank you

    1. Hi!

      No, that's actually a typo!! (I can't escape typos).

I used "Black" as the last name for a character in another novel, so that was just a slip. Caleb's white.

So when Jake said "We Black men..." he meant "We Hood men."

I hope that clears up the confusion! Thank you so much for reading and leaving me a message.
