New cover ideas

So, I haven't been 100% happy with my book covers. Not that they weren't well designed or anything like that, just that they didn't quite fit with other covers out there now in the ebook world. So, I've been playing around with a few ideas. I'm going to keep searching for a new image for cover three, but I'm kinda liking the rest. Thoughts?

If I do decide to change the covers, I'll do so with the update of KM1, which will be coming soon (I'm about 150 pages away from completing it).






In other news, I am still plugging away on my Nook edit of Hostile Kisses--making good progress there. I'm switching back and forth between KM1 and HK. My hope is to release them around the same time. The KM1 update will probably come first. I'm not quite sure when either will be out. My hope is by the end of July or early August, but we'll see.

    Oh I love the new covers.
    I am still missing my girls, I can't believe that is all we get.
    I hope you include them just a little more, I feel like I know them so well. I love all the books and will read them over and over.

    Miss them however.

    It doesn't make much sense to me to use a thin white woman on the cover when the protagonist is a plus size Latina. Just my two cents.

    Valid point! I'll see what diverse stock photos I can find. It's shocking how little there seems to be, but I guess I need to make my search options more specific.

    Any comments on the general look of the covers? Photos aside...

    The cover of KM1 is what enticed me to buy the book. Truthfully, the ones previewed here wouldn't have caught my attention but that's just my opinion.

      Thanks for the feedback! I feel like maybe I'm worrying too much about what the covers look like. I want them to be eye catching--maybe they are already? :)

    Book 3 and 4 are my favorite. Number 1 and 2 feel a bit generic and somehow doesn't say Es. I also think I'd switch your name and book title on all of them. But thet do look nice! Is the pic on 4 supposed to be Es? Or just some random model.

      Book 4 is just some random model--no way is that supposed to be Estela. Of the redesign options, I like books 3 and 4 too. But, I don't think I'm going to change them. I'll probably never be satisfied... I mentioned to someone on Goodreads that I'd need to hold auditions and a photo shoot to get these covers just right! So, for now, I might sit on it for a little while longer, but go in this direction for other books that I do.
