I guess you could say that it was good they didn't make me wait around forever. Still, form letters make me think that they didn't even bother reading it. But some agents get hundreds of emails a day, so I understand.<br /><br />It would be easier to send all the letters out at once, but I am trying to make each email suit the agent. They say that's what you should do....
